Over 70 Horizons Community Members are Now Bloggers
Since July 2007, over 70 volunteers from the 23 Horizons communities have attended Blog Workshops so they can maintain their community’s Horizons Blog. In Goldendale WA the only wireless location was the Bowling Alley.
why we blog
Some time ago Nicolas Negroponte asked the world to visualize a world without wires. He urged everyone to move away from dumb technologies (television) and toward smart technologies (computers). In our little exercise this morning of visualizing 2017, we can understand that technology development never ceases but it does force us to0 learn differently when we want to use it.
